Lesser-Known Ladies: Always the Bridesmaid...

 Continuing this parade of artwork to precede my foray into art commissions, I decided to begin a series of pin-ups to celebrate some of the more obscure ladies in animation....ladies that I don't feel get enough attention and that needs to be corrected.  And to that end, it's only natural to start with one who is practically synonymous with the word "overlooked"...namely Irma Langstein from the 80s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon.

First of all, leave us not kid ourselves.  Irma was NEVER unattractive...in a vacuum.  But when fate stands you next to a nigh-six-foot amazon with tits the size of cantaloupes, it's a little hard not to feel like the deck has been stacked against you JUST a bit.  Of course, Irma's needlessly frumpy wardrobe, making her look like a child playing dress-up in her mother's clothes, does little to help her case.

To that end, I decided to throw in this picture, giving us a more comprehensive display of her assets, without all that excess fabric in the way.  I hope you like what you see (I know I do).  And as always feel free to leave a comment. ^_^
